Over Half of Eligible Lexus & Toyota Models Receive Awards

In the latest release from J.D. Power, the 2024 U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study results have been unveiled, showcasing Lexus’ triumphant return to the top of the corporate rankings. With an impressive composite score of 146 (PP100), Lexus has secured its position with 16 out of 17 eligible Lexus or Toyota models claiming Top 3 rankings in their respective segments.
Lexus continues to dominate the industry, retaining its overall top spot with a remarkable score of 135 (PP100). Simultaneously, Toyota has climbed to second place overall, boasting a score of 147 (PP100) and claiming the first position in the Mass Market ranking, a testament to the improvements highlighted in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study.
Notably, more than half of the eligible Lexus/Toyota models (9 out of 17) received awards in their respective segments. The outstanding performers include:

Based on responses from 30,595 original purchasers and lessees of new 2021 model-year vehicles after three years of ownership, the 2024 U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study was conducted from August through November 2023. Toyota’s notable achievements underscore its commitment to delivering dependable and high-quality vehicles across various segments.
