In order to comply with current statewide mandates to keep you and our staff safe, we are making temporary changes to our sales process. If you are interested in purchasing a vehicle from us, you will need to make a reservation; showroom sales will not be permitted at this time.

Please contact us via chat, phone or email – or check below to see our online purchase process. All vehicle deliveries will be completed curbside or at your location. We greatly appreciate your remote shopping!

HOW OUR NEW PROCESS WORKS

As an essential business, our dealership’s service department is open and our team members are ready to handle all of your vehicle needs. Whether you are looking to purchase a vehicle, or you need your current vehicle serviced, we have you covered. 

Learn below how you can purchase or service a vehicle from the comfort of your home. If there are certain accommodations that you are interested in that are not addressed here, simply let us know by making a request. We may not have the capacity to accommodate all requests, but we are ready to go above and beyond to earn your business. We look forward to serving you!

 

Sales Department
Purchase Your Next Vehicle Without Leaving Home in 5 Easy Steps!

Contact Us
Contact our Sales Department by chat, phone or by submitting an online form from anywhere on our website. Let us know which vehicle you are interested in and what accommodations you would like to request. We will get the process started by giving you remote purchasing options that are available to you based on your location and specific requests.  

Get Your Questions Answered Upfront
Before we go any further, we will answer any questions that you may have regarding the vehicle you are interested in. We can also send you additional photos or videos of the vehicle if you wish.

Receive Your Purchase/Finance Options
Our Management Team will work alongside your Sales Consultant to send you the very best deal options available based on your specific needs. Once you have chosen the deal option that works best for you, we will email you all the details of the agreed upon offer for your approval. 

Complete Your Paperwork
Once you have approved the offer, we will deliver all the necessary paperwork directly to you for signing. Paperwork can be dropped off at your house or at another agreed upon location if necessary. We can also overnight the paperwork. Once everything has been signed, simply notify your Sales Consultant and they will help make sure the paperwork is picked up or delivered back to the dealership as quickly as possible.

Receive Your Vehicle
Once we have all the necessary paperwork signed and back at the dealership, we will arrange to drop off your vehicle directly to you or to another agreed upon meeting place.

 



Service Department
Have Your Vehicle Serviced Without Leaving Home in 5 Easy Steps! If you would rather drop your vehicle off at the dealership for service, this option is still available to you and we will have a sanitized Lexus Service loaner waiting for you when you arrive.

Scheduling Your Appointment
Give our Service Department a call and let us know which services you would like completed and the location where you would like your vehicle picked up. Your Service Advisor will let you know if we are able to pick-up your vehicle directly from your home or if we can meet you at a designated pick-up location. Please note that availability is limited, so please bear with us if we are unable to accommodate your request for a specific day and time.

Have Your Vehicle Picked-Up for Service
On the day of your appointment, we will coordinate a time to have a team member pick up your vehicle at your home or another designated pick-up location. 

Approve Needed Repairs
After your vehicles has been inspected, your Service Advisor will call, text, or email you to let you know if any additional repairs are necessary and the cost of those repairs. They can also send you photos or videos of any visible issues with your vehicle for you to review. We will only move forward with additional repairs, if they are approved by you first.  

Pay Your Bill
When you are ready to pay, we will email you a copy of all charges. After you have reviewed everything, we can take payment online or over the phone. Simply let your Service Advisor know which method you prefer.

Get Your Vehicle Back
After your vehicle has been serviced or repaired, we will arrange to have one of our team members sanitize your vehicle and drop it back off to your home or designated drop-off location. Ask your service advisor for more information on our unique process for keeping vehicles sanitized!
