The purchase of my new Lexus was hands down the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! Val was terrific from the test drive through the drive off the lot. I really appreciated his thorough explanations of the features of my new car. With so much technology built in I was glad for the demos and advice. Chris in finance was also very helpful and never pushy when presenting the additional products available and how they will enhance the ownership experience. Thank you for treating your customers with respect and consideration. I will gladly recommend Lexus of Northboro to others and hope to be back when it is time to upgrade again!

We spent 3 weeks researching and test driving and had the usual Dealership Sales experience until we finally found Nothborugh Lexus. Our experience couldn't have been better. Jody, Marcel and Chris were wonderful every step of the way. Jody was our first contact on the phone and we knew this place was not like any we had been dealing with and were not hesitant about the hour and half drive. Marcel was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with and Chris knocked it out of the park for us as the Sales Manager. Definitely not your typical car buying experience and will be our choice from now on.

We had a great experience overall at the dealership. Our salesman, Fred, was amazing — non-pushy, direct, and clearly very experienced. I would absolutely recommend asking for him by name. The dealership itself was one of the best we’ve been to — welcoming, clean, and super kind to our small children. There were snacks and toys available, which made the whole process much easier as parents. Where things took a turn was during the finance portion with Chris. While he was initially friendly and even gave our kids stuffed animals, he became very pushy when we declined the extended warranty. We tried to politely explain that we have a different risk tolerance, but he continued to press the issue to the point where we felt talked down to. After doing some research, it seems likely that extended warranties come with a commission, which may explain the pressure — but it really detracted from what had been a great experience up to that point. Overall, we’d still recommend the dealership — especially Fred — but the high-pressure pitch at the end has us considering more streamlined options like Carvana in the future.

The Staff, overall, were very helpful and accommodating. The main issue (diminished Apple iTunes audio quality via CarPlay since i.OS v 18+ install) has not been resolved. It is speculated that Apple’s internal technical adjustments to ‘streaming’ services has negatively impacted compressed audio files, e.g mp/3.

The team at Lexus of Northboro were great to work with. They made me feel welcomed and a part of the process. They were never pushy and did not rush me even though I was there towards the end of their day. Jovani, the sales consultant, was knowledgeable and super easy to work with. He let me look at and test multiple cars and fully explained the differences in each. He worked with me to get the price where I wanted it and we got the whole process done in just one visit. Christopher, the Business Manager, was very fun to work with and helped me get the best deal on the added coverage selections I wanted. The space itself is very clean and comfortable.
