03/14/25. Lexus Northridge was a huge disappointment. After a routine maintenance and car wash, I immediately noticed a scratch on my 2025 Lexus. I wasn’t upset about the scratch—my main focus was simply determining whether it happened before or after the service. When I asked to see the pre-service photos—a simple and reasonable request—service advisor initially grabbed the tablet but quickly changed her attitude when it seemed the damage might have happened during service. Marcel G was my salesman and he could not have been more top notch!! Professional, knowledgeable, personable and super efficient!! On Saturday, I had service done on my IS350 and encountered several issues. The quote I received over the phone did not match the one in the dealership's system; there was a $100 difference. My service advisor, Keisha, patiently investigated the discrepancy and discovered it was due to a third party. Although the quote wasn't matched, they made an effort to meet me halfway, which I greatly appreciated. Jovani Santo was my sales rep that helped me source an UX with particular set of options. He was not able to find one within the US but helped me get one custom built in Japan. To my surprise, he nor the dealership asked for additional deposit on the car, and one has to wonder the financial risk the dealership was taking if I backed out on the deal. Just bought a new Lexus and can’t give enough praise to Mr. Ashraf Hassan. His knowledge of all the models is excellent, his demeanor is wonderful with no pressure. March 2025 - Purchased a 2025 RX350h from Lexus of Northborough. We ordered the car back in October from Marcel G, and from the first time we met him, we knew we were in good hands. I needed a new Lexus so we went to Lexus Northborough to look at new cars and deals. We were welcomed by everyone then Marcel came over to assist us.
