We spent 3 weeks researching and test driving and had the usual Dealership Sales experience until we finally found Nothborugh Lexus. Our experience couldn't have been better. Jody, Marcel and Chris were wonderful every step of the way. We had a great experience overall at the dealership. Our salesman, Fred, was amazing — non-pushy, direct, and clearly very experienced. I would absolutely recommend asking for him by name. The dealership itself was one of the best we’ve been to — welcoming, clean, and super kind to our small children. There were snacks and toys available, which made the whole process much easier as parents.

The Staff, overall, were very helpful and accommodating. The main issue (diminished Apple iTunes audio quality via CarPlay since i.OS v 18+ install) has not been resolved. It is speculated that Apple’s internal technical adjustments to ‘streaming’ services has negatively impacted compressed audio files, e.g mp/3.
