Lexus Welcomes Chef Esther Choi to the Lexus Culinary Masters

We are excited to share that Lexus has welcomed acclaimed chef and restaurateur Esther Choi to its distinguished Lexus Culinary Masters program. Known for her bold creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for unforgettable dining experiences, Chef Choi will serve as a Lexus brand ambassador, helping bring the brand’s values of quality, innovation, luxury, prestige, and performance to life through culinary collaborations and special events.

Chef Choi’s culinary journey began at an early age. She started training at just 14 years old at New York City’s Institute of Culinary Education and went on to refine her skills at acclaimed restaurants including Ilili and La Esquina. Over the years, she has built a dynamic presence across the culinary world, television, and digital food media.

In 2020, Chef Choi launched CookUnity, a chef-driven meal delivery platform that now serves customers nationwide. She is also widely recognized for her growing influence in the culinary industry, earning honors such as Zagat’s “30 Under 30,” appearing in the documentary Her Name Is Chef, and competing as a finalist on Netflix’s Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend. She currently hosts Food Network’s 24 in 24: Last Chef Standing.
