Lexus of Northborough Gives Back: Back to School Drive Comes to Worcester

At Lexus of Northborough, we believe that being part of this community means more than selling and servicing exceptional vehicles. It means showing up for the families and students who make this area home. That is why we were proud to partner with the Toyota Lexus Minority Owners Dealership Association (TL-MODA), Toyota USA, and The Salvation Army for this year’s Back to School Drive, held on Monday, August 10th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. right here in Worcester.

The annual Back to School Drive is a nationwide initiative designed to give students the tools they need for a confident, prepared start to the school year. Here in Worcester, The Salvation Army Worcester Citadel served as the hub for our local distribution event, and the response from the community was truly inspiring. Area students came away with brand-new backpacks, school supplies, and gift cards, stepping into the upcoming school year feeling prepared, supported, and ready to learn.

It was a morning that reminded all of us why community partnerships like this one matter so deeply.

Founded in 2001, TL-MODA works to empower minority Toyota and Lexus dealers across the country by providing strategic resources that support competitiveness, personal growth, and community engagement. The Back to School Drive is one of the most visible expressions of that mission, bringing together corporate commitment and local dealership involvement to create a meaningful difference for families nationwide. We are proud to be part of that effort.
